Syncing Skins on Servers

When the mod is installed on a multiplayer server, your custom skins sync automatically so other players see your chosen look.

1. Make sure the mod is installed both on your client and on the server

2. Press K to open the skin menu and select any skin from your collection

3. Click Apply to equip it

4. The skin will sync to the server within seconds

5. Other players with the mod installed will see your custom appearance

6. You can change skins anytime—the update happens instantly without disconnecting

Compatibility Notes

  • If the server doesn't have the mod installed, other players will see the default Steve or Alex skin instead of your custom one
  • Your skin choice is saved locally, so it persists even if you rejoin the server later
  • The mod handles skin syncing in the background—no manual configuration needed
  • High-definition 128×128 skins will display at full quality if the server supports them
