What does the Neo Bee Fix Mod actually change about bees?
It fixes several vanilla bee bugs at once: bees leaving hives in the End and Nether, bees falling out of the sky when they have no path, bees always wandering northwest, the death animation, and bees breaking turtle eggs. You don't need to configure anything for most of these fixes to take effect.
Do I need to do anything to activate the mod after installing it?
No setup is required. Once the mod is loaded, the bee behavior fixes apply automatically to all bees in your world, including ones already spawned.
How do I get bees to come out of their hive in the Nether or the End?
Just place a bee nest or bee hive in the Nether or End and the bees inside will now exit normally instead of staying stuck. This is one of the core fixes, so no extra steps are needed beyond placing the hive.
