Why Use Bag Storage

Once you start farming mobs or looting structures, bags pile up fast and clutter your inventory. The Bag Storage block is made for holding bags so they do not take up your normal chest space. It keeps your bags in one place until you are ready to open them.

Setting It Up

1. Craft a Bag Storage block.

2. Place it somewhere convenient, ideally near your Bag Opener.

3. Right-click to open it and deposit your loot bags.

4. Retrieve bags later when you want to open them.

Building a Simple Bag Line

A common setup is Bag Storage feeding into a Bag Opener, with a chest or another storage block catching the rewards. This lets you dump bags into storage as you collect them and process them in bulk later.

Practical Tips

  • Keep bag storage close to where you fight mobs so you can offload quickly.
  • Do not mix bags with regular loot in the same chest if you want to find them fast.
  • If your storage fills up, expand with more Bag Storage blocks rather than letting bags overflow into your inventory.
  • Label or color-code nearby chests so you know which one holds unopened bags versus opened rewards.
