Getting Bags to Open
Loot bags drop from mobs, chests, and other loot sources while you play. To turn a bag into its contents, you need the
Bag Opener block. Place the
Bag Opener down like any other block, then interact with it to open its interface.
Using the Bag Opener
1. Craft and place a
Bag Opener.
2. Right-click the
Bag Opener to open its GUI.
3. Put your loot bags into the input slot.
4. The opener processes the bag and outputs the reward items into the output area.
5. Pull the rewards out into your inventory.
If you have a stack of bags, you can feed them in one at a time or let the opener work through them depending on how the interface is set up. Some versions let the opener run automatically when it has bags and somewhere to send the output.
Tips
- Keep the output slots clear so the opener does not jam.
- If you are opening many bags, set up a chest or
Bag Storage next to the opener to catch the loot. - Bags from different sources can contain different reward pools, so do not assume every bag gives the same thing.
