Locating the DynamX Folder

When you first launch Minecraft with DynamX installed, the mod automatically generates a DynamX folder inside your .minecraft directory. This is where all custom content lives.

Adding Content Packs

1. Download your desired content pack (vehicle pack, prop pack, outfit pack, etc.)

2. Extract the pack files if they arrive compressed

3. Navigate to .minecraft/DynamX/ and open the appropriate subfolder:

Vehicle packs go in vehicles/
Props go in props/
Outfits and armor go in armors/

4. Paste the pack folder directly into the correct location

5. Launch or restart Minecraft

The mod will load all packs in these folders automatically. You'll see new vehicles and items available in-game once the world loads. If a pack doesn't appear, verify the folder structure matches what the pack creator specified—some packs may require their own subfolders.

You can add or remove packs at any time; just restart the game for changes to take effect.
