Troubleshooting: Why Your Custom Food Isn't Working

If the station refuses to produce output or the result looks wrong, work through these checks.

No Output at All

• Confirm every input slot has a valid item. The station will not craft from an empty or invalid slot.
• Make sure you included a proper base item. Without a valid base, the station has nothing to build the food around.
• Check that your ingredients are actually edible. Non-food items in the input slots block the craft.
• If you are on a server, confirm the block is not protected by a claim or plugin.

Output Exists but Stats Are Disappointing

• The result is only as good as the ingredients. Swap filler items for higher-saturation foods.
• Some effects may not transfer if the source food's effect is tied to a condition the station cannot read. Try a different ingredient.
• If two ingredients conflict, the station may pick one effect and drop the other. Remove one and retest.

Interface Won't Open

• Break and replace the block.
• Make sure no other mod is overriding right-click behavior on that block face.
• Reload the world if the GUI renders blank — this is usually a client-side desync, not a broken recipe.
