Using the Item Filter

Interactic is a small mod focused on refining how items interact with each other and with the world. Its main added item is the Item Filter, which lets you control which items pass through or are affected by a given interaction.

The mod's behavior is organized around three areas: processes, items, and configuration. Processes cover the interaction logic itself, items cover what the mod adds (currently the Item Filter), and configuration lets you adjust how those interactions behave to suit your setup.

Because the mod is single-purpose, there is no large tech tree or progression to learn. Place or apply the Item Filter where an item interaction occurs, then set it to match the items you want handled. Anything that does not match is left alone.

If the default behavior does not fit your world, check the configuration options before assuming the mod cannot do what you need. Exact recipes and values are best confirmed in-game via JEI or the mod's config file.
