Rich Soil & Compost
Organic Compost is a block crafted from dirt,
straw, and bone meal (or rotten flesh). When placed in the world, it slowly decomposes into
Rich Soil.
- Decomposition: Speed is increased by nearby water, light, and mushrooms
- Rich Soil: Acts as a permanent fertilizer. Crops planted on Rich Soil grow significantly faster and do not require water
- Mushroom Colonies: Planting a mushroom on Rich Soil will eventually turn it into a Mushroom Colony, which can be harvested for multiple mushrooms
