Browsing Items and Recipes

EMI adds a side panel listing every item available in your world. Open it to browse, or use the search box to find items by name, tooltip text, or mod name. Clicking an item shows its recipes, and clicking a recipe's output shows what it is used for. This makes it easy to trace how any block or tool is made without leaving the game.

Recipe Trees and Auto-Fill

For complex items, EMI builds a recipe tree: a visual map of every basic material you need. Use it to plan large crafting projects before gathering resources. Inside a recipe view, an auto-fill button moves the required items from your inventory directly into the crafting grid, saving manual placement. A cheat mode is also available for creative players who want instant access to items.
