Cultural Delights expands 
cooking with a full cheese-making chain, and cheese is an ingredient in many of its recipes.
Producing Cheese
Start by collecting milk (from cows, as usual). The mod provides a process to turn milk into 
Cheese Wedge items and eventually a 
Cheese Wheel. The exact steps use the mod's processing blocks — check JEI/REI for the recipe chain in your version, since it may involve the Vat or a similar block.
Cheese Forms
- Cheese Wedge: the individual portion, used directly in recipes.
- Cheese Wheel: a larger form you can place and slice.
Block of Cheese: a full storage block, useful for compact bulk storage or decoration.
Using Cheese in Cooking
Cheese appears in 
Cheesy Chip Wrap, 
Chips with Cheese, 
Cheese Cracker, and taco/burrito-style dishes. It is one of the most versatile ingredients in the mod, so keeping a stock is worthwhile.
Tips
- Build a dedicated cheese area with a steady milk supply (cows in a pen) so you never run out.
- Convert surplus wedges into a Block of Cheese for storage, then break it back down when cooking.
- Pair cheese with corn and
beans for burrito and taco recipes.
