Bottling Small Flying Creatures

Bucket'Em Mod introduces glass bottles as a way to capture flying mobs that buckets can't hold. Allays, vexes, and other small airborne creatures can now be trapped and transported.

Catching with a Glass Bottle

1. Craft or obtain a glass bottle

2. Find your target flying mob (allays are common near bells, vexes spawn from evokers)

3. Hold the bottle and right-click on the mob

4. The creature will be trapped inside, creating a "Mob in Bottle" item

5. Store it in your inventory

Releasing Your Captured Mob

When you reach your destination:

  • Right-click while holding the bottle to release the mob
  • The creature will appear where you clicked
  • The empty bottle returns to your inventory

Why Use Bottles?

Bottles are ideal for mobs that can't be caught with buckets. They're stackable and take minimal inventory space, making them perfect for collecting multiple small creatures. This is especially useful if you want to gather allays for item collection systems or transport vexes safely.
