Multiblock Machines
Big Reactors 9minecraft centers on two multiblock families described on the wiki: the Energizer and the Fluidizer. Neither is a single craftable block; each is built from a set of dedicated parts.
The Energizer uses 
Energizer Casing as its shell, an 
Energizer Controller to run it, and a Status Display for feedback. Its ports are split by function: FE Charging Port, Passive FE Power Port, Active FE Power Port, and Computer Port. The wiki also lists active and inactive variants of some power port blocks, which suggests state changes are visible in the world.
The Fluidizer follows the same pattern with 
Fluidizer Casing, 
Fluidizer Controller, 
Fluidizer Glass, 
Fluidizer Power Port, 
Fluidizer Solid Injector, 
Fluidizer Fluid Injector, and 
Fluidizer Output Port. Solid and fluid injectors imply it accepts both item and liquid inputs.
Energy Core and 
Energy Cell appear as separate storage blocks. The
