Blocks Still Look 3D in Inventory

If blocks aren't displaying as 2D sprites in your menus, first verify the pack is actually enabled in your Resource Packs list. Open Options > Resource Packs and confirm Bare Bones 2D Block Items is in the "Selected" column on the right. If it's enabled but not working, try disabling it, closing Minecraft completely, and re-enabling it.

Conflicting Packs or Outdated Cache

Other resource packs might be overriding Bare Bones 2D's textures. Rearrange your pack order so Bare Bones 2D sits above any competing packs. You can also delete your resource pack cache by removing the .minecraft/resourcepacks folder's cache files and restarting Minecraft. If specific blocks look wrong, the pack may not include custom textures for newer Minecraft versions—this is a limitation of the pack's scope, not an error.
