Digital storage is provided by storage cells, portable items that define how much the network can hold. Standard item cells come in escalating capacity tiers.

Cells are placed into an 
ME Drive or 
ME Chest to contribute their space to the network. In addition to the standard item cells, the mod offers specialized storage:
- Spatial Storage Cells: Store entire regions of the world in dimensional pockets, available in sizes such as 2x2x2, 16x16x16, and 128x128x128.
- ME Creative Cell: A cell with effectively unlimited storage for creative use.
- ME Bus
Memory Card: A tool for copying configuration between buses and components.
