Textures and notes

Two matching texture packs are provided, at 16x and 32x, so the item icon fits whichever resolution the world already uses. Without one of them the item still works; it simply falls back to a plain appearance.

Nothing else is changed - no new blocks, no altered vanilla recipes, no world generation. Labels are entities, so as with item frames it is sensible to space out very large numbers of them rather than packing hundreds into one chunk.
