Akashic Tome

Akashic Tome

The Akashic Tome is a single item that holds multiple guide books and lets you read them without carrying each one separately. Instead of occupying several inventory slots with different mod guides, you keep one Tome and switch between the books stored inside it.

To use it, you add guide books to the Tome and then select which one you want to open. The selected book's contents are shown as if you were holding that book directly, so the reading experience matches the original guide. This makes the Tome useful in modpacks where many mods each provide their own guide, since you can consolidate them into one slot.

The mod also includes configuration options, which control how the Tome behaves. Because the exact recipes and stored book list depend on your pack, check the in-game guide or the pack's settings rather than assuming a fixed set of books.
