AdventureZ adds several new creatures that populate the world, each with unique behaviors and drops.

| Piglin Beast | 100 | Nether | Summoned when the player kills too many Piglins. Extremely aggressive. |
| Enderwarthog | 40 | The End | The End's equivalent of a Hoglin. Can be bred with Chorus Fruit. |
| Necromancer | 40 | Overworld/Structures | Spawns skeletons and uses dark magic to attack from a distance. |
| Summoner | 30 | Overworld | A variant of the Evoker that summons Vex-like creatures and projectiles. |
| Nightmare | 35 | Nether | A fast, shadowy creature that inflicts blindness on hit. |
| Orc | 30 | Overworld | Found in small camps; aggressive warriors that use axes. |
| Deer | 10 | Overworld | Passive mob that drops venison and leather. |
