Abyss Portals are built using an Abyss Realmstone, which is the key item for activating travel to the Abyss dimension. The Abyss Portal block itself appears as a registered block in the mod.

The Abyss Realmstone is the realmstone item associated with the Abyss, used to open or activate an Abyss Portal. It is a distinct item from the Abyss Portal block.
