Mechanics and Configuration

Advanced Generators is highly configurable, allowing modpack authors to add custom fuels or change energy values.

Energy Systems

The mod natively supports Forge Energy (FE), which is functionally identical to Redstone Flux (RF). When IndustrialCraft 2 is present, it also supports Energy Units (EU). The conversion ratio is typically 4 RF: 1 EU.

Redstone Integration

Using the Sensor Module, players can automate their power plants. Available conditions include: * Fuel Level: Signal based on percentage of fuel stored. * Energy Level: Signal based on percentage of energy stored. * Machine State: Signal if the machine is active or throttled. * Output Rate: Signal based on current power generation.
