Troubleshooting WelshieRail Trains Not Appearing

Check Resource Pack Order

WelshieRail trains only display when their resource pack is active and positioned correctly. Open Options > Resource Packs and confirm your WelshieRail file is in the "Selected" list. It must be above the default resource pack to override the standard MTR train textures.

Verify MTR is Installed

WelshieRail requires Minecraft Transit Railway to function. If trains don't appear at all, MTR may not be loaded. Check your mods folder to confirm MTR is present and enabled. Launch the game and look for MTR's splash text or test MTR features independently.

Reload Resources

If you added or reordered resource packs, the game may not have reloaded them. Press F3 + T (or your reload key) to refresh resources without restarting. Alternatively, close and reopen your world.

Match Train IDs

Ensure the train you're spawning or summoning actually corresponds to the WelshieRail model you installed. Different WelshieRail files represent different train types. If you installed a passenger train but summoned a freight train ID, the custom model won't match. Check your MTR configuration to use the correct train identifier.
