Mixing Multiple WelshieRail Trains in One World

Download Your Desired Models

WelshieRail's strength is flexibility. Since each train comes as a separate file, you can collect multiple models. Download each WelshieRail train variant you want to use—for example, the red-and-green passenger train, the green-and-yellow regional train, and the red-and-black freight locomotive.

Load All Files as Resource Packs

Place every downloaded WelshieRail file into your .minecraft/resourcepacks/ folder. Launch Minecraft and open Options > Resource Packs. Move all your WelshieRail packs into the "Selected" column. The order doesn't matter between different WelshieRail packs, but keep them above the default pack.

Create Your Custom Network

In your Minecraft Transit Railway setup, you can now assign different train models to different routes. Use one WelshieRail train for your main line, another for commuter services, and a third for freight. Each route displays its own custom livery when trains spawn.

Organize Your Stations

Consider color-coding or naming your stations to match which WelshieRail train serves them. This makes your transit system feel cohesive and helps you remember which train goes where.
