Building and Using Portals

Construct your Nether portal using obsidian blocks as normal—the resource pack automatically applies the new frame design without any special steps:

1. Build your obsidian frame in the standard 4×5 configuration

2. Light the portal with flint and steel

3. The enhanced frame design appears automatically
