Troubleshoot Color or Texture Problems

Blocks Still Look Modern

If blocks aren't displaying classic colors, Polytone likely isn't installed or active. Check your mods folder to confirm Polytone is present, then restart the game. The resource pack cannot function without this dependency.

Resource Pack Won't Activate

Verify the pack is in your resource packs folder (usually .minecraft/resourcepacks/). Open the resource pack menu and confirm Old Colors Programmer Art appears in the available list. If it doesn't show up, the folder structure may be incorrect—ensure the pack's files are properly organized.

Conflicting Textures

If some blocks look correct but others don't, another resource pack may be overriding this one. Check your load order in the resource pack menu and move Old Colors Programmer Art higher in the list. Disable other texture packs temporarily to isolate the problem. After making changes, restart the game for changes to take full effect.
