Coins and Currency Basics
Numismatic Overhaul adds a coin-based currency system to Minecraft. The core items are the 
Bronze Coin, 
Silver Coin, and 
Gold Coin, which form a tiered money system you can earn, trade, and store.
Coins are not just decoration — they function as an actual economy layer. You accumulate them through gameplay, then spend them at Shops. Because the coins come in different metals, the mod supports a hierarchy of value, letting you carry and exchange currency at multiple scales rather than a single flat item.
To keep your money organized, the mod provides the 
Money Bag and the 
Piggy Bank. The Money Bag is for carrying coins with you, while the Piggy Bank gives you a place to stash savings safely instead of hauling everything in your inventory.
Start by collecting coins however your world provides them, then use a 
Shop to convert that currency into goods. The Money Bag and Piggy Bank keep the system manageable as your balance grows.
