Single-Player Worlds
Dismemberment works seamlessly in single-player. Simply enable Animated Corpse in your settings, and all compatible mobs will dismember when killed.
Multiplayer Servers
Since this mod is client-side only, it functions on servers without any special configuration:
1. Install the mod on your client
2. Enable Animated Corpse in your settings
3. Join any server (modded or vanilla)
4. Kill compatible mobs—you'll see dismemberment effects
What Other Players See
Other players on the server won't see your dismemberment effects unless they also have the mod installed and enabled. From their perspective, mobs will use standard death animations. This is purely visual and doesn't create any gameplay conflicts or unfair advantages.
The mod works on both vanilla and modded servers without causing issues, since it only modifies client-side rendering.
