Troubleshoot Mega Evolution Issues
Stone Not Working in Battle
If your Mega Stone isn't triggering evolution, verify you have the correct stone for your Pokémon species. Each Mega Evolution requires its own specific stone—you cannot use a Torterra stone on a Luxray, for example. Check that the stone is in your inventory and that your Pokémon meets any level or stat requirements.
Command Application Failed
When using /msd apply mega, ensure you're typing the correct Mega name with the msdextramegas: prefix. The command is case-sensitive. If it still doesn't work, confirm your Pokémon is your active party member and that you have the proper permissions to use commands.
Conflicts with Other Mods
This mod uses custom stone identifiers specifically to avoid conflicts with other battle mods. If you're experiencing issues, check that no other mods are trying to use the same Mega Evolution names. The mod is designed to work alongside other expansions, but conflicting features can cause problems.
Performance Concerns
Mega Evolutions with custom 3D models may impact performance on lower-end systems. If battles lag when Mega forms appear, consider reducing your render distance or graphics settings.
