Build a Cozy Mountain Lodge with Alpine Materials

Gathering Building Blocks

Collect Alpine Gneiss stone from snowy mountain terrain—it's the primary stone block in these regions. Mine it with a pickaxe to obtain blocks. You'll also want Arolla Pine timber, which comes from the tall pine trees now common in alpine groves. Chop these trees and process the logs into planks.

Constructing Your Lodge

Use Alpine Gneiss blocks and brick variants as your main walls and foundation. These tough mountain stones provide excellent structure and authentic alpine aesthetics. Create a frame using Arolla Pine timber and planks for warmth and contrast.

Adding Cozy Interior Details

Furnish your lodge with Arolla Pine furniture: place wooden chairs, dressers, and cabinets inside for a lived-in feel. Add Arolla Pine bathtubs in bathroom areas. These carved furniture pieces are exclusive to this mod and perfectly match the mountain lodge theme.

Decorative Finishing Touches

Install hanging icicles and festive wreaths along your roofline and exterior walls. These winter details transform a basic structure into an inviting alpine retreat that feels protected from the harsh mountain climate.
