Accessing HUD Color Settings

The LILAC HUD Resource Pack applies its purple color scheme automatically, but you can fine-tune the appearance to match your preference. Open your resource pack folder and locate the LILAC HUD textures directory.

Editing Texture Files

Within the pack, you'll find PNG files for heart textures, armor icons, and hunger meters. Use an image editor (like Photoshop, GIMP, or online PNG editors) to adjust the hue, saturation, and brightness of these files. The purple tones can be shifted toward cooler lavender shades or warmer mauve depending on your edits.

After saving your changes, reload your resource packs in-game by pressing F3 + T (or navigating to Options > Resource Packs and toggling the pack off and on). Your custom colors will appear immediately on your HUD.

Preserving Readability

When modifying colors, maintain contrast between your health display and the background. Ensure absorption hearts remain visually distinct from normal hearts, especially during intense combat when quick stat-checking is critical.
