True Ending The Reworked Dragon Fight

The dragon gains a full arsenal of new attacks, and the danger of the arena changes as the battle goes on:

New Attacks

• Laser beams that sweep across the arena and track toward the player.
• Ultra fireballs rained down in heavy volleys.
• Shockwaves sent out when the dragon slams the ground.
• Phantom swarms summoned to harass you during the fight.
• Dive attacks where the dragon rushes the player at high speed.

Totem Healing Phase

When the dragon is hurt enough it retreats to the central pillars and heals itself with beams of energy like a totem. You have to break its healing before you can finish it, which turns the back half of the fight into a race against its recovery.

Each phase changes the dragon's behavior and the hazards in the arena, so the encounter feels like a real escalating boss battle instead of circling a mostly passive dragon.
