Understanding Tank Preservation

When you transmog a Traveler's Backpack that has tank functionality, the mod automatically preserves these features. Tank rendering—the visual display of fluid levels—continues to work even after transmog.

Hose Mode Compatibility

If your backpack supports hose mode (allowing fluid transfer), this feature persists through transmog. You can still toggle hose mode and interact with fluid sources and containers normally.

Visual Behavior

The tank and hose visuals render on top of your transmogged item's appearance. This means you'll see the fluid level indicator and hose attachment points even though your backpack looks like something completely different.

Practical Use

This compatibility lets you hide a functional tank backpack behind any item appearance you prefer. Transmog your tank backpack into a dirt block, a hidden item, or decorative block while maintaining full fluid storage and transfer capabilities.
