Adding Artwork and Changing Settings

Paintings ++ supports resource packs, so you can add your own painting images without editing the mod itself. A pack supplies the artwork files and the definitions that tell the mod how to display them; once enabled, those paintings appear alongside the built-in ones in the selection screen.

The mod is configurable. Its config options cover how the painting selection behaves and which paintings are available, letting you adjust the mod to your setup rather than accepting fixed defaults. Because the exact option names and values depend on your installed version, check the config file itself for the current list.

If a painting is missing or the screen looks wrong after changing packs, reload your resources and confirm the pack is active. Configuration changes generally take effect after restarting the game or reloading, depending on the option.
