How to Craft and Place Charred Spruce Timber Frames

Build the Frame Pieces

Charred Spruce Timber Frame and Charred Spruce Timber Frame Pillar are the structural pieces for a dark, half-timbered look. Craft them from Charred Spruce Planks, which you get by processing Charred Spruce Boards. Place Charred Spruce Timber Frame in wall runs and Charred Spruce Timber Frame Pillar at corners or between panels to break up flat surfaces.

Fill and Finish the Walls

Once the frame is up, fill the gaps with Charred Spruce Planks or Charred Spruce Boards for a solid panel, or leave them open and slot in Charred Spruce Lattice for a vented screen. Cap the top of a frame run with Charred Spruce Beam, and run Charred Spruce Roof Support along the underside of your roofline.
