What This Does

This data pack removes only the custom village variants added by Repurposed Structures—like themed towns in specific biomes. All other structures from the mod remain: dungeons, temples, fortresses, outposts, and smaller buildings continue to generate normally.

How to Verify It's Working

After installing the data pack, explore different biomes and check for:

  • Gone: Large clustered settlements with multiple buildings and NPCs
  • Still present: Dungeons, desert temples, jungle temples, ocean monuments, nether fortresses, and pillager outposts
  • Unchanged: Regular vanilla villages (small, with naturally spawning villagers)

If you see large custom town structures, the data pack may not be loading. Check that it appears in your world's data pack list using /datapack list in-game.

Rebuilding Your World

If you're applying this to an existing world, previously generated villages will remain. To see the effect on new terrain, explore chunks you haven't visited yet, or use the /locate command to find structures and travel to unloaded areas.
