Taming and Mounts
Ice and Fire Dragons adds mythical creatures to your world, including dragons, sea serpents, pixies, and more. The core loop centers on encountering these creatures and, for some, taming them as mounts. Dragons come in elemental variants such as Fire, Ice, and Lightning, each tied to their own dragon-forged gear and scale blocks. Tamed mounts let you travel and fight alongside your creature.
Progression Basics
As you explore, you will gather materials like dragon scales, dragon bones, and 
sea serpent scales, which can be crafted into blocks and equipment. Dragonsteel blocks exist for fire, ice, and lightning variants, hinting at tiered gear. A 
Bestiary Lectern and related items suggest an in-game way to learn about the creatures you meet. Expect hostile mobs too, such as the Dread Lich, Hydra, Cyclops, and Gorgon, so prepare armor and weapons before venturing out.
