Finding and Exploring Hearths Structures

Locating Hearths in the Nether

The Hearths data pack adds new structures to the Nether: crimson and warped towers and spirals. These generate naturally in the respective crimson forest and warped forest biomes, so exploring either biome is the way to find them.

Crimson towers and spirals appear among the red foliage of crimson forests, while their warped counterparts generate in warped forests. Because they are tall vertical builds, they are often visible from a distance across the biome, making them easier to spot than low-lying structures.

The pack also adds natural decorations alongside these structures, which blend into the surrounding biome rather than standing apart from it. When exploring, watch for these decorative touches as a sign you are near a tower or spiral.

No special items or tools are required to find or enter them. Simply travel through the Nether's forested biomes and look upward.
