Adjust Bloom and Glow Effects

Access Shader Settings

Pause your game and navigate to Video Settings, then find the Shaders option. Select Flow Reimagined Shaders and look for a Settings or Options button to open the configuration menu.

Locate Bloom Controls

Find the bloom or glow intensity slider. This controls how much light spreads from bright sources like torches, lanterns, and the sun. Higher values create softer, more diffused lighting.

Customize by Light Source

If available, separate controls let you adjust bloom on different light types. You can make torches glow intensely while keeping the sun's bloom subtle, or vice versa.

Fine-Tune for Your Preference

Start with moderate bloom and take screenshots in different lighting conditions—bright daylight, sunset, and night. Adjust incrementally until the effect feels natural rather than washed out or overly harsh.

Consider Your Build Style

Detailed builds with small features benefit from lower bloom to maintain clarity. Large-scale builds with open spaces can handle higher bloom for dramatic effect.
