Exporting Your Rules

Once you've spent time perfecting your world generation settings, save them so you can reuse them or share with friends.

1. While editing your custom world rules, look for the Open Settings Folder button

2. Click it to access your mod's configuration directory

3. Your custom preset files are stored here as exportable files

4. Copy the preset file to back it up or send it to another player

Importing a Preset

To use a preset someone else created or restore one of your own:

1. Place the preset file in the mod's settings folder

2. Start creating a new world and select Custom world type

3. Look for a preset selection option in the rules editor

4. Choose your imported preset from the list

5. Click Generate Preview to verify it looks correct

6. Create your world

This workflow lets you experiment with different rule combinations without losing your favorites. Keep backups of presets you enjoy, and collaborate with other players by sharing your custom generation files.
