Finding Copper Golems in Villages

Where to Look

Copper Golems from Friends and Foes now spawn naturally in CTOV villages. They appear as part of the village structure itself, typically in central or open areas where they can be spotted easily.

How to Locate Them

Explore the larger custom villages added by CTOV. Copper Golems blend into village architecture, so scan the ground level and courtyards carefully. They're most commonly found in areas with stone blocks and redstone lamps, which match their aesthetic.

If you're having trouble finding them, check multiple village types—the compat data pack distributes them across different CTOV village variants, so not every village will have one. You may need to explore several settlements before encountering one.

What They Do

Copper Golems are neutral mobs that won't attack you. They're part of the village ecosystem and add visual interest to the landscape. Observe them from a distance to see how they interact with their surroundings.
