Fix Floating Bed Appearance in Older Minecraft Versions

Understand the Limitation

In Minecraft versions older than 1.21.4, the Cozy Beds Resource Pack needs additional support to display blankets properly. Without it, the blanket model may not render correctly, and characters might still appear to float above the bed.

Install a Block Entity Mod

To fix this, install a block entity rendering mod compatible with your Minecraft version. This mod adds the technical capability needed for the resource pack to display its custom blanket models.

Verify It's Working

Once installed, lie down in a bed and check that the blanket appears over your character. If you're still seeing floating or missing blankets, ensure the block entity mod is enabled and that the Cozy Beds Resource Pack is active in your resource pack list.

If you're playing on version 1.21.4 or newer, you don't need this extra step—the blankets work automatically.
