Placing and Breaking Across an Area
The core mechanic of Construction Wand is area extension: instead of placing or destroying one block at a time, a wand applies the action across a larger region. The tier of the wand you use controls how large that region is, so a 
Stone Wand affects a smaller area while Diamond and Infinity Wands reach further.
Placement works by extending the block you are holding outward from the face you target, so a single action fills a wider surface. Destruction works the same way in reverse, removing a swath of blocks rather than one.
The 
Angel Wand Core and 
Destruction Wand Core are the specialized options for these two behaviors. Use the Angel core when you want the placement-style extension, and the Destruction core when you want the breaking-style extension. Because the mod is small, there is no separate progression system beyond choosing a wand tier and, if needed, a core variant for the task at hand.
