Install Comforts Modernized and verify it's working

Check your mod setup

Comforts Modernized is a resource pack that requires the base Comforts mod to function. Before installing the resource pack, make sure you have the Comforts mod loaded in your game.

Install the resource pack

1. Place the Comforts Modernized resource pack file in your .minecraft/resourcepacks folder

2. Launch Minecraft and open Settings

3. Go to Resource Packs and move Comforts Modernized to the active list

4. Make sure it ranks above the Default pack so its textures take priority

5. Apply and return to the world

Verify the textures loaded

Create or find a sleeping bag or hammock from the Comforts mod. The textures should appear modern and clean, matching the style of current Minecraft blocks and items. If items still look pixelated or old-fashioned, check that the resource pack is enabled and positioned correctly in your pack list. You may need to reload your world or restart the game for changes to take effect.
