Crafting 
Ceramic Shears is a three-step process. First, the parts must be shaped, then fired, and finally assembled.
Crafting: Clay Shears Part
To create the initial parts, place two clay balls diagonally in a crafting grid. Each craft yields two 
Clay Shears Parts.

Smelting: Ceramic Shears Part
The unfired clay parts must be hardened in a furnace or blast furnace to become usable components.
