How Bounties Work

Bountiful adds a single system built around two things: the Bounty Board block and the Decree item.

Place a Bounty Board to interact with it. The board assigns you objectives — tasks you complete in the world. Finishing an objective earns you the bounty reward tied to it, giving you a repeatable way to gain items without crafting or looting them directly.

The Decree item modifies those rewards. Rather than changing the objective itself, a Decree alters what you receive when a bounty is fulfilled, letting you influence the payout of the system.

Both the board and the Decree are configurable, so the objectives and reward behavior can be adjusted to suit a world or server. If you want a steady source of items through active tasks, set up a board, take an objective, and use a Decree when you want to change how the reward comes out.
