The mod is configurable, so you can adjust how it behaves to suit your world. Configuration is handled through the mod's own config file rather than through in-game items or commands. Because the mod's scope is narrow, the available options relate to the Wither's block-destroying behavior rather than to combat, drops, or spawning. Does this change how hard the Wither is to fight? No. It only prevents block destruction; the boss itself behaves as usual.
