Enable the Apple Hunger Bar in Your World

Install and Activate

The Apple Hunger Bar Resource Pack replaces your hunger display automatically once installed. Load your world and check your screen's top-right corner—you should see small red apples instead of the standard meat shanks.

If you don't see apples yet, verify the resource pack is enabled in your world settings. Open the pause menu, go to Resource Packs, and confirm the Apple Hunger Bar pack appears in the active list on the right side. If it's in the inactive list on the left, click it to move it to active.

Verify It's Working

Look at your hunger bar while playing. Each full apple icon represents one hunger point. When you eat food, watch the apples fill from right to left. The bar should feel natural and match your normal Minecraft gameplay—this pack only changes the visual appearance, not how hunger actually works.
