Create and Manage Custom Markers

Adding Markers to Important Locations

While viewing your map, use the on-screen buttons to add a new marker at any location. You can place markers on discovered terrain to mark bases, villages, caves, or any point of interest. Each marker can be labeled with a custom name to help you remember what's there.

Organizing Your Markers

The atlas interface provides buttons to manage your markers. You can remove markers you no longer need or hide markers temporarily without deleting them. This keeps your map clean and readable, especially if you've marked many locations.

Using Markers for Navigation

Markers serve as visual waypoints on your map. Label them descriptively—such as "Home Base," "Witch Hut," or "Iron Deposit"—so you can quickly identify important locations. When you need to return to a marked spot, open your atlas and use the marker as a reference point for navigation.
