Common Visual Problems
Blocks look flat or textures seem low-quality: Ensure the pack is actually loaded. Check your resource pack order in settings—BTV should be above any conflicting packs. Disable any competing texture packs.
POM looks broken or inverted: Your shader may not support POM properly. Try a different shader, or disable POM and rely on the pack's 3D models alone.
Colors look washed out or oversaturated: Adjust shader saturation and contrast settings. The pack is designed for balanced lighting, not extreme filters.
Performance Fixes
1. Severe lag: Reduce render distance, lower shader quality, or disable POM
2. Flickering textures: Update your graphics drivers
3. Missing 3D details: Ensure your GPU supports the pack's features (most modern cards do)
4. Inconsistent lighting: Rebuild chunks by moving away and returning, or restart the game
When to Reinstall
If issues persist after troubleshooting, the pack files may be corrupted. Reinstall cleanly, ensuring no conflicting resource packs remain active. Test with vanilla shaders first, then add shaders one at a time to identify conflicts.
