How to Use XRay

Toggling and Customizing XRay

XRay is a client-side mod, so it works in singleplayer and on servers without changing the world itself. After installing it like any other client mod, you control it entirely through keybinds.

Press the toggle keybind to switch XRay on and off. When active, blocks that would normally hide ores and caves are hidden from view, letting you see valuable blocks and open spaces through the terrain. Press the keybind again to return to normal rendering.

Open the mod's configuration screen to choose which blocks stay visible. You can add or remove block types so only the ores you care about show up, keeping the screen readable.

The mod also includes a coordinate display and a fullbright option. Enable fullbright to brighten dark areas so caves and hidden pockets are easier to spot while XRay is on. Adjust these options in the same configuration screen and they apply immediately.
