Do I lose my items forever when I die?
No. A gravestone automatically spawns at your death location and stores all your items and experience points inside it. Return to that spot and interact with the gravestone to retrieve everything.
How do I find my gravestone if I died far from home?
The gravestone appears at the exact coordinates where you died and matches the visual style of the biome you're in, making it easier to spot. If you're still lost, you can check your death coordinates in the chat message that appears when you die.
What's the difference between the gravestone appearances?
Gravestones change their look to match the biome where you died—a jungle gravestone looks different from a desert or End gravestone. The gravestone also displays four different visual tiers based on how many items you were carrying when you died.
Can I tame the ghost that spawns at my grave?
Yes. A ghost spawns at your death location and can be tamed to become your pet companion. Once tamed, it will follow you and help protect you from hostile mobs.
How do I change my ghost's mood or behavior?
Your ghost's mood changes based on your actions in the game—it can become shy, angry, or joyful depending on how you interact with it and your surroundings. Treat your ghost well and it will remain loyal and protective.
Can I breed ghosts to get more companions?
Yes. You can breed tamed ghosts together to create new spectral friends, allowing you to build a small army of ghost companions to fight alongside you.

What happens if I die in the same spot twice?
