Checking Progress and Verifying Pre-Generated Chunks
Watching the Run
The mod shows progress while it works — typically a count of chunks completed against the total, and sometimes a map or highlighted region. Use this to estimate how long is left and to confirm the area matches what you intended. If the numbers are not moving, the task may be paused or waiting on resources.
Confirming It Worked
After the run finishes, travel to the edge of the generated area and then beyond it. Inside the pre-generated zone, chunks should appear without the usual pause or stutter you get from fresh generation. Outside it, you will see the normal generation behavior — that boundary tells you the job covered what you asked for.
If some chunks still generate on arrival, the area may not have fully completed, or your selection did not include them. Re-run the generator over that region. On a server, ask other players whether exploration feels smoother in the covered area; their experience is the real test. Keep a note of the coordinates and size you used so you can extend the same region later without guessing.
